Today I visited the Metrocentre store and spoke to advisor Mohammed Sayleed who was very informative, helpful and went above and beyond advising of various products.
I actually renewed my contract for another two years.
His patience and advice were invaluable.

Courtney saves the day.
I was well supported by Courtney with my concerns today. A mix up with upgrading my contract swiftly dealt with by Courtney whilst also looking into upgrade deals for my existing plans.
I would highly recommend doing all business in store with these real and knowledgeable people in future.
