Great service

Great service
Went in to check my account to see if I had roaming included in my plan and came out saving money on my airtime and roaming included
It was safe to say I was well happy ..

I spoke to a lovely lady today that is covering from Caerphilly store in Merthyr Store named Shannon and she has done wonders and have gone above and beyond, done more with information and helpfulness than any other before, solved all my problems that I've been chasing for the last 2 years, we need more people like her

Went into store to check my account and was served by Sarah who was really helpful helped me with roaming and gave me prices on global roaming my contract ends in 2 months so I will definitely be in to add that onto my account as I travel alot and will save me money

Sarah was great

Sarah was lovely when I went into the Merthyr store. She took the time to talk to me about my current contract and offered advice on a problem I’d been having. I’m looking to upgrade to a google fold and when I mentioned this, she was very helpful and talked me through the pros of the phone and what deals I could get. I’ll be back soon to upgrade!
