Mansfield store (Curtis)
Saw a guy called Curtis in the Mansfield store. He was so helpful, polite, listened, explained, knowledgeable - with what was probably an unusual query! He solved that but then went on to change my current charges to a cheaper one, to which I knew nothing about I could do. So, if Curtis hadn't noticed it on my account and mentioned it, I would have been paying the higher monthly rate. Curtis is a credit to your company!

Excellent service
Had an excellent experience in Vodaphone mansfield today, the staff seemed very knowledgeable on the services Vodaphone offers and were extremely helpful with swapping providers and the use of the trade in service.The young guy, Theo i believe his name was, was extremely help when i mentioned how much i wanted a plan with eu roaming included. Would definitely recommend vodaphone mansfield.

CURTIS from the Mansfield branch Four…
CURTIS from the Mansfield branch Four seasons was the best person ever. He did everything he could to make us feel happy and explained in detail how our new phones would work. Congratulations Curtis on an excellent job 👏 👍🏼I would also like to say my Husbands phone had been damaged by water which was why we were there in the first place. The phone operated his hearing aids and so there was great difficulty. Curtis downloaded the app on the new phone for him which helped so much, he put everything back to near normal on our new phones. He is one in a million and it was all much appreciated. We had set out that morning not knowing what to do and Curtis waved his wand and fixed it. Being in your 70s it is hard to do many things and understand and he coped smashing with us. Thankyou Curis you're one to keep.....👍🏼👏👏
