Danish & rumail were super helpful worked hard to get us the best deal and had amazing customer service. So much so my partner was convinced to switch to Vodafone aswell !

They can never do anything helpful in store. All they do is sell things to you then can’t do anything useful. Now I have to waste time phoning in and no doubt getting done stupid, annoying bot!

Very disappointed with the Vodafone Fix…
Very disappointed with the Vodafone Fix & Go repair service. I booked an appointment for a phone battery replacement, and after collecting my device I noticed that the bottom screws were completely missing. Returning a customer’s phone in this condition is extremely careless and unprofessional.
This not only affects the quality and appearance of the device, but could also compromise the phone’s water and dust resistance. After paying for a professional repair service, I expected much better attention to detail.
I hope Vodafone takes this issue seriously and improves their quality checks before returning devices to customers.

I had an issue with my phone when…
I had an issue with my phone when taking pics there was a green filter so i bookes in with fix n go and left mt phone with them for an hour. When i received the phone back i still had the same issue so i asked the staff if he could have a proper look onto why i am still having the issue after changing the lens. I left my phone for a day and came to pick it up the following day. Whilst trying to take pics my phone kept switching off. Bare in mind i didnt have this issue before hand. I did receive a refund as they couldnt fix it however my phone has been messed around with. I took the phone to another shop and was advised my mother board was gone. So vodafone have messed my phone up and caused me £200 expense due to damaging my phone. Wouldnt recommend

Seriously folks, avoid Vodafone UK. I have been with them since the late 1980's and have had the odd glitch with the service over the years. However on Saturday morning my iPhone decided that it wouldn't receive a mobile signal. So no access to the internet, calls or texts. I went to the Trafford centre Vodafone store on Sunday morning and after a bit of faffing about I was provided with a new sim as I was told the old one had, for what ever reason, become corrupted. I was told that it usually takes from one hour to a maximum of 24 hours for the sim to go online. We are now on Monday evening (09/02/2026) and I still cant access mobile data, texts and calls. If this happens to you you cant access your account details from the Vodafone app or online as it requires you to accept a text for security purposes. I've done the lot, followed all the advice online, been on to the completely useless Tobi web assistant and then have spoken to an online customer service agent who then tells me it can sometimes be longer than 24 hours for the sim to go live. They assured me that it was being pushed through as a priority. 🤣 and I'm still here at 22.43 hrs on Monday 09/02/2026 with no access to mobile data. So the next step is to completely ditch Vodafone ( I was going to spend around £1100.00 on a new iPhone) and do my very best to speak to as many people as I can and let them know what a completely rubbish outfit they have turned into. The vengeance side of all this will be the ending of a commercial contract to the value of around £12000.00 per annum to Vodafone. That should smart a bit. 😉

Very very helpful
On entering the store we started talking to a lovely guy, he introduced himself as AJ, we sat down with him and my self and my partner both wanted to update our sim only contracts, AJ found us both a fabulous deal each, much better than what we both had.
He went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable he must be a credit to your company.
He then helped me with things I wasn't sure about on my phone, he never rushed anything he took his time explaining everything, I left the store very happy so thankyou AJ you are such a kind and likeable guy. We will be back when needs be xx
