Excellent customer service from Vodaphone Macclesfield

Called in as Sister in laws Doro phone had a electrical issue ,as in looked like it had set alight while charging
The manager Patrick took charge of the issue , explaining that the phone was only just out of it’s 12 months warranty
Never the less , he raised a service repair for it and also filled in a customer services complaint for us
Explaining both the repair engineer will be in contact and also customer services will too
With in 1 Hour , customer services had contacted us and resolved the complaint fully
Cannot fault Patrick for his knowledge and prompt attention on this issue

I came into the store because I was having difficulty getting a plan online.

I came into the store because I was having trouble sorting a SIM only plan from the website. Kevin in the Macclesfield store was able to solve my problem straight away, he was very helpful and explained through everything fully with me. Extremely happy with the customer service he provided.

Patrick has been brilliant with helping

Patrick has been brilliant with helping my father with his phone. He easily changed the number for another contract that was done by my dad which made a lot of things easier for us. Thank you so much for your patience with the work!

Kevin sorted out my phone which wasn't…

Kevin sorted out my phone which wasn't charging and while it was running updates fixed contracts for the rest of the family to be up to date. It was quick and painless. Thanks gir great service.

William (Bill) was brilliant

William (Bill) was brilliant. Explained everything very clearly and helped us sort everything out. He was very kind and polite as well as patient. We love our new phones and Bill helped us get to grips with the new features.
