I’ve just had a fantastic experience at the Loughborough Vodafone store. William provided patient and efficient service while upgrading my phone contract in a matter of minutes. I got a great sim only deal as I’m still happy with my current phone, but I will definitely be back in the new year to consider other phone options. Max was also helpful. Their customer service is a credit to your team.

Loughborough Branch (Edald)
Went into the Loughborough branch to sort my mums upgrade and phone issues while sorting my own upgrade. Greeted with a friendly smile :)
We was served by a young man called Erald
He was super helpful and put my mum at ease as she was very stressed with her phone not working right which he managed to sort the problem. So massive thank you for his professional friendly service, which is a rarity nowadays. He’s a credit to Vodafone.
