Sasha the store manager, along with her team were excellent!
She remembered me from the time I came in before, having issues with my phone and the battery life!
She explained all my options, spoke to me about an upgrade that would best suit me and made the experience so easy.
She was lovely and never made me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want too.
Such great customer service, I will recommend this store to many friends and family!

I have been coming to this vodafone…
I have been coming to this vodafone shop for 7 years i have always received help, support and have always upgraded in this shop. I came in to get help on my phone i stated that i am not going to do anything yet as i am waiting for the new iphone to come out i was advised by sasha that it is £25 for half an hour help which okay if that's the policy that's fine but i stated that i have never been charged before as soon as i said this her attitude turned and she said i am the manager if i say it's £25 that means it's £25 - i would have been happy to pay this but the way sasha raised her voice and snapped at me i left the shop - after 7 years i have decided to go to nottingham vodafone from now on

I had an issue with my home internet, so I came into Vodafone for help. Jay was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy. I switched my home broadband and also got a mobile plan so I’d have internet until my broadband is installed. I’m leaving the shop extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you, Jay!

Excellent customer service
I walked into the shop 20 mins before close with lots of queries. Jay went over and beyond with patience to answer all questions and ensure I had the best deal available. Excellent service!!! Would definitely recommend

Jackson was great. Not pushy and very personable. Found a great deal for me as an existing vodafone customer of 30 years. Expected to pay more ended up paying less. I recommend Jackson to Vodafone customers.
