Terrible experience at Vodafone
Terrible experience at Vodafone. Extremely irresponsible and misleading staff. Told me it would take 5 minutes, but I waited 2 hours. Promised it would be instant, then after payment said “tomorrow.” I came back the next day, and they still didn’t have it. Complete waste of time and very poor service.

Quick and very kind service
James was very helpful and patient (i had a sim card that didn't work from a shady provider), the problem was solved immediately by replacing it with a functioning one, everything works perfectly now.

Amazing Plan, Amazing James
James has been amazing, I was recently with EE and I popped over to the store in Walworth Road to see what they could offer. James Knowledge was amazing and I didn’t know Vodaphone could offer so much more compared to EE. A shame I was getting “ripped off” by EE for this long. Thank you James, you have been amazing I love this new airtime plan!

Mobile plan reduce and new phone wow
I was hoping this morning to review my business phone lines and plan. I was hosted by a great CS rep, James. (Walworth Branch SE17) He was so helpful, looked at all the options, and for the first time, my bill was reduced by 30%! Plus, I was able to upgrade without increasing my monthly budget for a mobile phone line.
