Exceptional service
Fareed was exceptionally helpful in helping choosing the best plans for a family of 4 and highly efficient in setting
up the line transfer. Big difference with the usual super depressing experience at other providers.

Reshma was patient and gave me bespoke advice and met my needs for my lifestyle and the best contract for me

She has incredible customer service skills and she was so aware of other customers who were struggling being especially kind and sympathetic to an older lady (her previous customer) who was a little distressed about her phone not working when she was due to go abroad. Overall an amazing experience

My regular Vodafone shop is the Putney…
My regular Vodafone shop is the Putney Branch.
I am extremely happy with service I get particularly the manager of the shop.
David is the most helpful, polite, courteous & professional manager I have ever come across.
I noticed that he is the same with all the customers that come into the shop. No matter small or big is the concern he is always there to help with a big smile.
