I would like to give a special thanks to Pradit at the Vodafone store on Oxford Street, near John Lewis.

He is an outstanding professional and provided me with absolutely exceptional service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the whole experience.

I’m very happy with the service I received and I highly recommend Pradeep to anyone visiting this store. I also highly recommend this Vodafone store to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

Newly Refurbished and Excellent Service

The store is newly refurbished with two floors that are well lit and air conditioned. There is plenty of room downstairs and the help desks are nicely spread apart with comfortable seats which gives you some privacy. Levent was our assistant who was really most helpful and efficient in answering my questions and helping me with my requirements. Thank you Levent and thank you Vodafone.

I bought a Three pay as you go SIM card…

I bought a Three pay as you go SIM card from this Vodafone store, and returned the next day as I had an issue with the sim. They sent me to Three store to fix my issue. I had to walk all the way to the other side of Oxford street for a simple fix. They didn’t even investigate the issue. Very disappointed, never visiting again!
