Had a really smooth experience in the store. Neha explained everything I needed to know about my upgrade and helped me explore the airtime plans so that I was satisfied with my new contract. I didn't have to wait to be served which was an added bonus on a Saturday afternoon.

Fantastic service
Imran Nadeem was brilliant with his service. The phone order was first led by Assam who spotted a fantastic deal and then Imran took over and went over and beyond to help! Great team- Imran in particular need a raise!

I was even offered a discounted price from my original plan, which hopefully would be the best option. It’s a shame there is still no faster than 70mbps broadband in our area, would definitely purchase broadband wifi once the speed is reasonable.
