My Son's young family was visiting the Llanelli store, when my three year old Grandson desperately needed the toilet, and was refused by a female member of staff. I complained to the CEO via email and had the company line rolled out to me. I understand that these are franchise businesses, however, when I was in business I would allow young children, accompanied by a parent, to go through my home to use the toilet. Luckily my Grandson managed to hold until they got to a more understanding business. What would have happened if he had lost control and another customer slipped, I wouldn't like to think what the repercussions would be.

Dom has the patience of a saint. Polite, honest and very friendly. If you have any problems he is the man to go to. If you need non like for like he is the most reliable one to see.

One of the best friendly staff I've seen
One of the best, friendly sales staff we have seen in store. Ethan made our experience straight forward and was a pleasure to talk to. He took the time to get to know his customers and we were happy to have purchased an apple watch at the end. Would definitely recommend Ethan to anyone who needs to go instore

I had a significant problem with setting up entertainment pack on my phone. This weekend I wasted 3 hours on the phone to Vodafone. No one could help . I visited Vodafone Llanelli. Was ready to give up and just have sim only. The store manager A.M. spent under 20 minutes on the internal chat line, and now I believe I am set up correctly. The professionalism in store was outstanding, thank you….
