Very friendly - am excellent advisor
Very friendly, took time to understand what we were after then found us the best deal. She actually went back to it and amended it when she realised she could save us a bit more money. Very professional but relaxing and polite - very easy to deal with. We’d like to thank her for her time and help, it was a pleasure.

The girl who served us was called Erin
The girl who served us was called Erin, she works in the Centre , Livingston. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She got us the best deal for what we needed.

Andreea from Vodafone Livingston was really supportive
Andreea from Vodafone Livingston helped my wife and I to understand our SIM only plans, what was included and what wasn't and helped us explore the possible benefits of taking out a new phone plan. Great customer service at Vodafone
Scott was very friendly and knowledgable and the customer service was great. Scott also saved us money by letting us know about Vodafone's broadband services whereby Sky were charging us over £15 more per month. Thanks again for your help 😁

All employees i interacted with have…
All employees i interacted with have been genuinely fun or kind and made my potentially stressful task, an un-stressful one. I'm very grateful as i've just moved house and was able to knock another problem off my list despite having to come back the next day bc something about my card failed a verification check the first time 'round. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for wifi and pretty chill employees :D
