I just had my phone contract upgraded today in Lisburn. The lady who helped me was brilliant. She explained everything very clearly and made the who experience straightforward and easy. Thank you.

Staff are amazing

Great customer service

Plenty of staff available in store for queries, was able to sit down with one and discuss possible deals for a new iphone, and got the phone the same day. Although I had an issue with a cancelled order it was solved very quickly by the same staff member, and a refund for the plan was issued a few days later. Would visit this store again if i need another upgrade
