I visited Vodafone Lichfield to upgrade my daughter’s phone. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which helped when deciding which device and plan to choose.

Liam was polite, patient, helpful and good-humoured throughout. He was knowledgeable about products and made the process of upgrading to a new phone while still be in contract easy and seamless. We managed to secure a deal that met my requirements. After a previous interaction with Liam earlier this year, I knew I'd want to return to him when the time came to upgrade and I'm glad I did.
