Taylor in Lewes has been very helpful!

Taylor has helped me with a complicated issue a year ago and has done the same again this week.
My sim just stopped functioning and required two days to solve - which he did
He also adjusted my contract which saved me a substantial amount as I travel a great deal.

Vodafone Lewes offers an important customer facing service to the people of the Town.
Competent,informed and friendly staff always available to offer personalized help and support.
Team manager George has overseen this high street branch for years and he has on many occasions gone the extra mile to assist in solving any issues that have arisen with my Vodafone contract, as a result I have been a Vodafone customer for over a decade now! Can recommend!

Taylor

Taylor was the person who helped me. My screen had a chip and I wanted to know what my options were. He went through everything slowly and in a way I could understand. I needed my phone replaced. He set it up for me and went through what he had done. Nothing was too much trouble.
