Extremely Disappointing Experience with Vodafone
I was a loyal Vodafone customer for several years, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. After submitting my cancellation notice and confirming it with a representative named Aaron, I was still charged for the final month. I even took the step of blocking the direct debit, yet the charge was processed regardless.
The in-store staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing little regard for customer concerns. This level of service is unacceptable and has left me feeling misled and frustrated.
I cannot recommend Vodafone based on this experience.
