Tyler was open and friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products on offer. We left the store with more products/services than we had gone in for which would seem to show exemplary salesmanship. Tyler spoke about the benefits of me changing my provider which has saved me money and hopefully given me better coverage. He kindly assisted with the PAC code etc
