Good for people who like restrictions.
Broadband speed is good but I would lots of repeaters to cover my whole hourse. It sometimes doesn’t reach every room. Speed is decent but you have be closer to it. Some online streaming I do, website and videos do not play unless I turn the wifi off. There is some kind of restriction with Vodafone. Before joining with Vodafone broadband l was with VM, no restrictions and clear bandwidth as well. I am tied in contact with Vodafone and usually I do not like company who restrict like this. Once the contact will coming to end, I will 100% will not choose to stay with Vodafone.
Only once I tried to get speed issue sorted but I was able to most of the stuff using their mobile App to fix the issue.

I’m really sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve been experiencing with your Vodafone Broadband, particularly with coverage around your home and difficulties accessing certain websites and streaming services. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have a good broadband speed overall, but still need to stay close to the router or use repeaters to get a reliable connection in every room.
While your speeds may appear decent, reduced Wi‑Fi coverage in larger or multi-room properties can sometimes be caused by signal limitations, interference, or the placement of the router. I appreciate that this wasn’t something you experienced previously with your former provider, and I understand why the difference feels disappointing.
Regarding content not loading unless Wi‑Fi is turned off, this certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. Although Vodafone Broadband does not intentionally restrict access to standard websites or streaming platforms, this can sometimes be linked to network configuration, DNS settings, or account-level restrictions, which the Broadband team would be best placed to investigate further.
I’m glad to hear you were able to resolve most issues using the My Vodafone app, but appreciate that you shouldn’t have to troubleshoot repeatedly to get the service working as expected. If these problems continue or worsen, I’d strongly recommend contacting our Broadband team directly on 0333 304 0191 or via Live Chat here: vodafone.uk/2LCJiTm, so they can run more in-depth checks and explore options to improve your home coverage.
