I visited the Lancaster store today 6/9/25 and simon was our helper what a delightful and help man he is he explained everything to me leaving me absolutely clear o nexatt I WS buying and I highly tec o him for a Pat on the back of that’s how this works a jolly nice chap and very helpful and pilot and well informed. Terrific service
As 2 well-over 70s, we needed help with our accounts.
James initially took us through the options, explaining in terms we could readily grasp (!) what was best for us.
We ended up actually paying less per month for our phones and broadband. But better than that, we UNDERSTOOD. He was so helpful. Thank you James

Stay clear
Awful avoid this company at all costs, they have put a wire right across the front of my house without asking me, they aren’t interested in helping after they have done the job, they just wash their hands of you, terrible after care and customer service
