Terri was fantastic!!! 5 star customer service and so knowledgeable about the products and services on offer!! Terrie guided me through the whole process with ease, which was amazing as my phone and tech knowledge isn’t great. I will definitely go back to Terrie for my next phone!! Excited for my new phone!!

Just had the best customer service from Thomas , not only was he patient as I was a nightmare as haven’t a clue with phones or technology? He went above the duty and fixed a major problem with my current line, and I now can say I am a vodaphone customer.
Thomas even worked through his lunch break to go above and beyond his duty.
I can say I will definitely return to Vodaphone Kirkcaldy as all members of staff have been super patient and professional.
