An excellent in-store experience
Apologies if I have already completed this review.
Marc in the Inverness store dealt with my enquiry and subsequent sale of a gigacube which was in stock and available. It was as easy as pie to set up and “go” just as he said. At an affordable price with an initial 24months contract it has allowed someone in a relatively off grid situation to enjoy connectivity . As a not too rech-savvy parent, I have clear instructions to transfer payments over to my 20-something year old daughter. It would have been nice for her to to have completed everything remotely but I do appreciate the security necessary to open a new account with Vodafone.

I went in off chance to the inverness…
I went in off chance to the inverness shop to get a phone upgrade. A very helpful man called Jordan took me through the process which was very simple and I got the unit I wanted. He also looked at the other three units I have on my account and he also saved me some money every month also. Many thanks to Jordan - a great vodafone employee.
