Went into store as had a virus issue on my phone and Kinza and Elicia kindly helped me with this and sorted it. Kinza then sorted me out a brilliant deal for a new phone thanks

Kinza helped with my transfer

Came in to get data transfered from one phone to another and Kinza sorted it out quickly and all my stuff was saved thank

Beccy in the Kingsgate Shop

Beccy in the Kingsgate, Huddersfield branch was extremely helpful with a problem I had with my mobile phone. In fact she sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and went on to save me money on my account, then she went on to put me in touch with someone that could look at an issue with my landline. Best bit of being looked after I have ever received from any mobile/internet provider company. Thanks Beccy.

Great service Kinza

Had an issue with getting into my phone and settings and came into store for help and Kinza helped me out and i was very happy with the quick solution from her.
