Ray made my experience great , stayed with Me for the whole process and explained everything and was very polite , Cole and ray both these lads are young and helpful and easy to be around , never have been this happy only want to be served by Ray and cole

Not sure how they have managed such a high rating. I found the staff quite unprofessional and inadequate. A severe lack of training in this store with a manager who hides out the back. Giving conflicting advice from customer services without listening to me properly or looking at the notes that customer services has written on the account. A wasted trip - luckily a phone call to customer services and they have arranged collection of the device due to the lack of decent service in store.
