Staff were very helpful with helping me check my contracts, the shop was clean and staff were really friendly and professional I was served by Conor who made sure I understood everything

Avoid this Store, Go to Another Vodafone shop
Some members of staff are rude and pretty sure they arn't telling the truth. Very unprofessional. I have been trying to collect my delivered order from them for a week and they won't release it despite me being told by main office that everything is in order 4 times. The store manager won't even come out of the office to deal with a complaint which has been going on a week. Suggest you visit any other store but this one.

Visit Vodafone shops for the best service
I went to the Vodafone shop in Hastings as I was having problems with a new contract I was sold over the phone by Vodafone. Harry was brilliant and extremely kind and helpful. Great customer service skills. I am now back to where I wanted to be with my phone and a great new contract. Thank you very much.

Impressed with customer service 👏
My husband and I visited Vodafone today to change contracts. We were lucky enough to be greeted by 1 of the most helpful assistants I think I've ever seen. Emily helped us through an extremely frustrating call with Onecom. Explained our options in detail and in layman's terms. She spent time and was careful to ensure we understood everything we needed. I doubt we'll ever leave Vodafone because of this experience - I hope she's appreciated as she made our experience soooo much easier than it could have been

Amazing service!
Emily and Katie were incredibly helpful, they helped me streamline all of the numbers for my account, upgrading the contracts and saving me money whilst ensuring that I had exactly what I needed...and all in my lunch break! Really pleased with my new phone as well!!
