Ryan Douglas Charlton…. Superstar
Ryan Douglas Charlton was absolutely amazing. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and in my opinion went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed as the shop was shutting… he didn’t batter an eyelid or rush in any way even though his colleagues were all ready to walk out the door. Very helpful
I came in because broadband speed was very low and needed a micro filter, what they didn’t have, but instead they helped me much more with getting a better router and booster on a lower cost plan

Great Service from Mr Chand
Hi, I went to Vodafone in Hanley City(Stoke-on-Trent) to end my contract with vodafone due to the rising bills which I have tried to sort out with Customer Service(via phone) and they were of no help at all. I was with my wife and we were served by Mr Chand,
He did a great job by offering myself and the wife with great deals and his service and attitude change my view on staying with Vodafone. He also informed us of oir future bills and reassured us that if anything we need, we can pop into the Hanley Vodafone office and see him.
Thank you Mr Chand and you were great today, hats off to you Sir 🫡

Excellent customer service by Ryan
We were served today by Ryan in the Vodafone shop in Hanley.
He quickly diagnosed & rectified a faulty SIM card problem with my Wife’s iPhone.
