Great customer service.

Great customer service.. Got a new phone and Mitra realised my broadband contact ended in 2022 so managed to reduce this price by £10 a month for more speed!

New number service

I was seen by Toby. The service was amazing, and I was able to get a new data plan surprisingly quick, he also assisted me with setting up a new ring security camera. Experience was fantastic.

My agent Toby was very efficient, informative and jovial. His calm approach makes his customer service enjoyable.
He throughly explained the process, the charges involved and the dates the chsnged would occur, so there are no nasty surprises.
He didn't over sell but listened to my needs and made appropriate suggestions that matched my budget.
