Staff were OK when I upgraded my phone…
Staff were OK when I upgraded my phone and airtime. I was also offered £302 as trade in on my old Samsung with the money going into my account within 14 days. Im writing this almost 6 weeks later and still no money in my account and now been told between me handing my phone in to the shop and the shop saying it had been posted to Vodafone warehouse the phone is now lost.
Lost by Vodafone not me yet they won't pay the credit. They keep telling me " wait a few more days " or " we have raised this to urgent "
Today 21st September the online team have informed me the phone was sent from the store to warehouse without the correct information including tote id and consignment number therefore the phone is in quarenteen/ on hold until they get that information. ( so wasn't lost at all was just on hold ) I gave them the information ( which the store kindly gave me ) so now told it could be another 2 weeks before I get another update. I won't hold my breath.

Beware Vodaphone are crooks
I finished my contract on 3 phones I had gone through one com business what a con raising prices regularly cd not wait for contract to end when it did I cancelled all 3 phones also expressing who glad I was this contract had come to an end I was £31.99 in credit yippee, then I got a bill saying I owed them about £15 I got in touch they had not cancelled 1 phone even though I explained close my account and all phones you won’t get another penny from me I was disappointed so I got in touch vodaphone said they will get on top of it they did not do a thing instead they put a default of just over £180 on my credit rating.
Stay away especially from one com but also vodaphone they broke there promise to help sort one coms mistake and put £180 plus on my credit report I will never pay this and I highly recommend you avoid

What a service!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Christopher.
I initially went into the Grantham Vodafone store with a battery issue, but thanks to Christopher’s fantastic service, I left with three new devices and a much heavier-looking account!
He didn’t just provide great customer service — he genuinely went above and beyond to find me the best deals and make sure I got the right options for me.
