Frank was fantastic
Frank was fantastic. I am not technically minded and he took the time and lots of patience to help me switch from an iPhone to an android not just once but 3 times. I would highly recommend Frank and the Vodafoneshop in Gosport

Great service!
Frank was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything to me perfectly. I enquired regarding my handset payments coming to an end and I was looking to upgrade. Frank asked what my preference was I explained and he showed me the handsets fitting my preferences that were available. He explained clearly regarding billing/terms and conditions etc. Answered all questions I had, I can’t thank Frank enough for his time and help today. Excellent customer service and a credit to the team, a reason why I’ve been a long existing customer with Vodafone.
