Kellie in the Gloucester store was so…
Kellie in the Gloucester store was so welcoming and helpful during my experience. Although the computers were very slow, she kept me entertained with her warm personality. Kellie was able to find me the best deal and was patient with choosing plans through price comparison. Very happy with my service today

Absolutely wonderful service

Top friendly service with a smile
From the moment of entering the store staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. All of my questions were answered and felt at ease. The staff know their stuff and are very knowledgeable and able to help me with purchases, contract renewal and saving money

Crystal was very helpful…
Spoke to Crystal who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new upgrade mobile phone. She made me aware of a great offer with the brand I was happy with. They didn't have stock as it was so new. She took care of everything and I'm looking forward to picking it up next week. A Christmas present to myself. I'd definitely recommend her and the store as customer service was a priority. Keep up the great work.

My Husband and I were attended to by Victoria (Vikki) She warmly welcomed us and politely communicated all the options and clarification we needed about for the phone we bought.
