Brilliant service
I came in with my mum to upgrade her phone and internet and was served by Dylan, he was brilliant, really took the time to help my mum and explain everything in depth to her so she didn't need to ask any questions! Would be more than happy to send her in again herself. Brilliant service 10/10.

Highly recommend Dan fantastic store manager very attentive
I have been a Vodafone customer for over 20 years . I have to admit I was sat in fence to stay or go with another provider.
Like everyone we want good service at a fair price .
I had spoken to Dan the manager before Xmas and informed to come back January due to my contract finishing .
I was met with a colleague greeting me and he went and got Dan .
Lovely clean shop and the staff always tidy and friendly .
Dan went through options I had and remembered lots of things I had discussed at Xmas , nice touch .
Dan helped with a couple of accounts I have and did this effortlessly .
Highly recommended this particular store .
I had the option to stay with another provider that I have a sim for work with .
However cancelled that and moved to Vodafone too , with Dan organising my pac code move
Very impressed and other phone contracts by other family members due shortly , going to be visiting Dan too 😉

Damaged phone
Went into the Glenrothes store as I had broken my current phone and found out that I didn't have any insurance and as I was worried about this, Mikey the adviser Sat me down and went over my options and found me a clear path for me to take and went with the upgrade option I was given that included insurance as a just incase this happens again but hopefully not.

Lied to customer about existing phone number
My partner and her daughter went in only to get another SIM card for a new phone because the one in her existing phone was a micro and the new phone needed a nano in order to transfer the number and contacts over. The sales person seemed ONLY interested in selling a contract to her. Then proceeded to tell her that her existing number was inactive and no longer in service. Which I knew was a lie because we had tried to transfer the number and contacts and couldn't because there was no SIM in the new phone. Prior to that, Vodafone sent a security code to the existing phone number in order to allow the transfer of the number and contacts to a new SIM. Which is how we knew that her number was still active.
Misleading and lying to customers. Should and will be reported to Vodafone head office.

Bye bye iPhone 7
Went in with my old iPhone 7 as it was now starting to drain on the battery quite quick and didn’t want to pay over the odds but Dan the store manager made sure that I got a new phone at a reasonable price.

Upgrade time
Went in to upgrade and go for an iPhone and move away from Samsung, Dan was brilliant and gave us the offers we was looking for and more.

Popped into the Glenrothes store today and was helped by a lady called Sarah. She was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me loads. Would highly recommend this shop as the staff in general are always happy to help and very nice - thanks again ☺️
