I visited the Vodafone shop in Farnham and was helped by Mason, who managed to get me a much better deal on my monthly SIM card plan.

I had an excellent experience with amazing help, support and advice from Nikki the Farnham Vodafone store manager. I couldn't resolve my problems over the phone - it turned out to be very complicated and if it hadn't been for Nikki's skilled and thorough help we still wouldn't have resolved it. First class! I particular choose to visit the Farnham branch because Nikki and colleagues are second to none in the high street tech industry - providing a perfect balance of customer service and getting the job done.
