Came to the store with a major phone issue! James the manager was amazing ! He was very patient and very knowledgeable! He totally resolved my issue ! I was so very relieved. All my photos returned ! Very precious memories ! Just want to thank him ! A really asset to the company!

I have been a very happy vodaphone customer for years. Using a Huawei phone. I was lucky to be given by my daughter iPhone f 14. Went into fareham vodaphone and fortunately was greeted byJIMMY . He was and is,Amazing, his knowledge and skills transferred data to iPhone perfectly.

JIMMY IN FAREHAM
Mum needed to transfer from her Huawei to an iPhone which is not an easy thing to do so we went into the Fareham branch and Jimmy was amazing, he sat with us and helped us do the whole thing, and while the transfer was going through he looked at mums plan and managed to save her money on her bill! Fantastic service!!

Great service from Alex every time I visit the branch. My technical knowledge is next to nothing but he always looks after me. He is patient and friendly and always willing to answer my questions. He will always do his utmost to give me the best deal. I have been a Vodafone customer for many years because people like Alex are always willing to go above and beyond.
