I’ve been waiting over a month for my Vodafone broadband to be activated, and this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I was given the expectation that my service would be up and running, yet weeks later I’m still waiting with no satisfactory resolution.
The lack of progress and communication has been extremely disappointing. A broadband service should not take this long to get activated, and customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing for updates.
At this point, I’m seriously questioning my decision to choose Vodafone. I just want my broadband activated and some proper communication about when this will actually happen. Very poor experience so far and certainly not the level of service I expected.

We popped in to Vodafone Evesham as…
We popped in to Vodafone Evesham as hubby had broken his phone (when he fell in a lake while fishing!) 🤭
The process wasn't helped at all as hubby couldn't remember his passwords to get into almost any of his accounts, but Daniella was patient and kind and worked tirelessly and she managed to get all the old data off hubby's old broken phone and transfer it to his new one.
It was almost like watching a magician work and we simply can't thank her enough for all her help and expertise 😊
