They assist well with data transfers and explaining broadband options, ensuring I felt informed rather than confused. Demi also provided great advice and support for account setup and cancellations. Montana is the best!!! They were super helpful and informative and made everything really clear for me. I usually find that staff can make broadband/phone stuff over complicated and I leave feeling more confused than before but Montana was excellent and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on. The customer service was great as usual in this branch. Demi, the sales person, was incredibly helpful.
I do a lot of online stuff but changing phones and contracts is daunting. She made the whole experience easy. It just shows the value of face to face contacts.
