Excellent service

Demi was wonderfully supportive when I came in for an upgrade. She is really knowledgeable and assisted with making things as easy and seamless as possible!

Demi was so easy to talk to and explained everything with ease.

A wonderful example of excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service and care…

Excellent customer service and care from Demi at Eltham branch again.
Honest advice on options available and set up, nothing is too much trouble for her, so patient with explaining everything and looking at the various options. Thank you 😊

Brilliant Service

Micheal and James make a brilliant team at the Eltham store. Michael was amazing at getting the best contracts and deals for our family. He was very knowledgeable around the mobile phone products and contracts. He explained everything in detail with no jargon! Fantastic service, as well by James who also assisted my husband and I because time was against us but they both worked with speed and precision.
Well done to Micheal and James who are both fantastic ambassadors for Vodafone. Thank you to you both.

Demi from the Eltham store

Demi from the Eltham store was absolutely fantastic and catered for our every need. Was super helpful and explained all options available to me, very satisfied with my visit. She is a credit to Vodafone and my partner is switching to Vodafone following this visit.
