Today about 2 pm I was at the Vodafone shop that is on Prince Street, I was attended by a boy who was unprofessional, rude, and unpolite looked like he had a personal problem or maybe he had not had sex for a long but the point is that I lost my time because at the end he didn't solve my phone problem. Please be careful when hiring a person like this boy.

Tamara was extremely helpful when I visited the Vodafone location on Prince's street. I was very anxious. She was very patient with me and helped to lessen my anxiety. She was welcoming and her customer service was incredible. I will be back because of her.

Got a sales girl that did not have a…
Got a sales girl that did not have a clue, she kept saying the reason I had slow internet speed was because i had a faulty phone and not because i was sold a restricted contract, when she realised she was wrong she somehow managed to change my user name,password and security code,phoned customer services twice and was given the store phone no that sid not even exist so it ment I had to go back to a shop to reset.
Will be glad when this contract expires

I was helped today by Callum Smith who was absolutely brilliant. I wasn't in a position to sign up today but Callum gave me all the information I needed and a whole lot more. Callum either knew the answers to my questions or knew how to quickly find them.

Went into the Vodafone store in Princes Street in Edinburgh was immediately approached and helped by Shaun. He helped me set up a new sim for my iPad and answered all my questions in friendly and professional manner he is a credit to both his store and company.

My experience with Vodophone is…above
My experience with Vodophone is completely unbelievable, they have repeatedly lied, and deceived me. One of the less serious things they did was increase my contract by 73% without both my permission or advising me of the increase. I took a litany of complaints to OFCOM and was advised by them that they had looked into this, very serious complaint and upheld everything I said but were powerless to act on it!! It is no wonder Vodophone are allowed to behave in such an unscrupulous, dishonest and frankly illegal manner if there is no governing body able to defend customers treated in such a fashion. . No proper staff training, management are dishonest, ruthless and care only about profit margins. If I could give minus 10 ratings I would. Avoid like Monkeypox in if you value your sanity.

Tamara and Jason were fantastic support as we struggled to get my daughter setup for broadband internet as a new resident to Edinburgh. They were patient and thoughtful as they helped us troubleshoot and found a solution. Highly recommended!

Rotten customer service
I got my phone stolen on 13 April 2024 still waiting for a new sim but won’t help as I’ve no phone to use been a monthly sim only customer for over a year but still not been offered any handset deal can’t contact me apart from my email still trying to get handset and Vodafone still trying to bill me for sim

I would like to thank Amir who replaced my sim card on Tuesday 25 June 2024. I had stupidly locked my phone and luckily I could access my apps but not my data nor train ticket fully. Luckily LNER allowed me onto the train as I could show my purchase receipt. The person in Vodaphone was lovely and he managed to solve my problem with no hesitation.
