The staff. George he was extremely helpful and sorted out my problem. Although I stay on the other side of the country I would only use the Vodafone shop in the Gyle Centre in Edinburgh.

VODAFONE gyle centre Edinburgh! George made the visit so easy! As non tec people my husband and I understood everything George said and explained. He chatted like we knew him! Will definitely visit George in the future. A gentleman!

vodaphone are still cheating folk
probably the worst mobile phone company in the world . definitely the most dishonest . my friend has just been cheated into signing a contract under false pretences (lying) at the point of sale in a shop
the same as happened to me and i’m paying the price of being cheated every month
she is taking out a case and is informing the ombudsman
clearly they are still lying and have not stopped cheating folk
Do NOT trust them please -unless you have loads of money

I was here today and Hayley greeted me warmly. She was smiling and efficient the whole time. It's the best Vodafone branch and the best staff. Hayley faced several problems and was able to solve them all, and finally, it was time for the contract.
