Transferred over 2 phones and broadband under one account. Nice to have everything together. Lewis explained the various options and it was so much easier than trying to do it all myself online

5 stars Vodafone Eastbourne guys…

5 stars Vodafone Eastbourne guys Harry, Caleb and Mick (the 3 amigos)

Had problem with sending messages , called 191 who said go to Camden store who couldn’t sort out issue.

Went to Eastbourne store and the 3 guys were AMAZING , they sorted out the issue that no one else could.

Excellent service

I was attended to with utmost respect and attention to every single complaint I had come in with, all resolved ,was considering even terminating my contract but left here happy and will continue to use Vodafone . Thank you so much .

Great service

I went into the Eastbourne store to inquire about getting an upgrade on the new iPhone. Was met by Lewis. Excellent customer service and support from him! Made the whole process and decision very easy as well as clear.

Lewis helped us to save money on our Broadband
