Hello, after 4 years of loyal service with Vodaphone. I decided to end my contract. I spoke to someone about an iphone 15 contract and decided to end my contract. They said they would do this. On wait nothing happened. On messaging agent Jack. I asked to end my contract. He asked why ? I replied that Vodaphone has lost a lot of coverage in my area. On asking the provider I would change to I answered Lyca he said they were a 3 rd party provider. There coverage is poor. He continued to slate them. I think any company that slags off another company is totally unprofessional. I asked to cancel immediately. It was hard work to canel from them and I have give 30 days notice. What a rotten company the are. I just want to say Vodaphone you should be ashamed.

I was served by Taz..
Very professional all the way through, went through every little detail with me regarding my update.
I was in a total of roughly 30 minutes but we constantly laughed about stuff and when we were waiting for details to load we just made general conversation.

Tax was very supportive and showed great empathy with my issue today. He showed patience and great knowledge. Taz made sure I was completely satisfied with his service provided to me today.
