The experience was amazing
The experience was amazing, I went to Vodavone durham, and my experience was great. Thanks to Sally, she made everything easy and smooth. She was so friendly and helpful and made my experience so much better. She helped us with a smile on her face. I wish her all the best as she was the best employee I have ever interacted with at a vodafone branch.

Excellent experience all round at the…
Excellent experience all round at the Vodafone shop in Durham, had an issue with an order we placed on line so went to the shop and Keith looked after us, he gave options and advice to get round our order issue and I still walked out with the new phone that I wanted.
Professional and very good at his job, I will go into the shop now instead of going online, great team.

Great staff who go the extra mile to support/help you
I called into Durham City branch to sort an issue out with my account , and met with Aisha, who was very friendly, helpful and professional with both me , and my issue - nothing was too much trouble for her and she is a credit to Vodafone as a company.
