Needed phone unblocked
I had been daft and thought I'd lost my phone, had it blocked the day b4 then found it. Leigh was super helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. I was greeted by Leigh and think it was Kim. Leigh unblocked my phone and helped me find a great deal upgrade, even downloading the app to help me transfer my details. I'm on carers allowance and she understood I couldn't spend too much.
