Great service - Crawley branch
The advisor we were seen by today was a gent called Ben. He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and provided great client care and service. We purchased our broadband with Vodaphone and he went through everything. Would highly recommend the Crawley branch.

The customer service was very rude and…
The customer service was very rude and unprofessional.i have being using mobile and WiFi connection to my residence for so many years but when i wanted to get my prepaid existing number change of my daughters to monthly plan the agent dint even care to offer me the packages instead trying to promote me a new number once. I scanned the qr for customer feedback his total actions change and was more friendly.but I still don’t want to complain but had to now after even so many times requesting for the same number to be activated he has just activated a new number when we put the new SIM card by the agent.i expected more better customer service from this outlet.

Ben was extremely efficient
I have been to many vodafone shops trying to get a new phone, the staff did not show any interest in assisting me but my experience today at Vodafone Crawley surpasses all other vodafone shops. The process of getting a new phone was smooth and excellent. Ben was extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Thank you Ben.

I was trying to buy a phone online for…
I was trying to buy a phone online for quite some time but it was never successful. Last week I went to vodafone in County mall to get some info about the prepaid sim. I was being directed to BEN who not only ported my prepaid Sim to postpaod Sim but also helped me getting my favourite phone on a 2 year plan. Ben was both friendly approachable and professional. He helped me get the best deal for my phone and was very knowledgeable about Vodafone and the product. He also able to get me a good offer with my upgrade.
My only negative with all Vodafone shops is there is NEVER enough agents to serve customers. Although Benbapologied for the wait to see an agent. I waited 40 minutes before being seen. This is the norm in most Vodafone shops. However it was and always is good to have a face to face interaction with agent rather than go on line

Happy customer
Freddy helped me with roaming back in August and we discussed getting a new phone when I was ready. I visited the shop today and Freddy helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He is very easy to talk to and listened to and acted on my wishes.
It was done quickly and easily and with his sense of humour it was a very good experience.

Would like to sharing an experience, some days ago I had accident with swindler on my phone and one fantastic Ben from Vodafone company from Crawley very quickly decide all questions with my account which was really unbelievable helpful! I went into store on the 16th November to ask an advisor about my upgrade and what my options were. The advisor I had was called Freddy and he was extremely helpful and informative about what my options are. Him and his whole team were very helpful and patient with me which I appreciated.

Kai at Crawley was extremely helpful
Kai at Crawley was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to get my account moved from Business to Personal. He went through my whole plan and I’m now in process of moving from BT broadband to Vodafone. I’ve never been in the Crawley branch but as Kai is based there we will be going there in future.
