I've been with Vodafone UK for over 20 years, and while I've had frustrations like charges for cancelled services, the staff at the Chorley location stood out, especially Charlotte and Emily. They were helpful, courteous, and worked hard to solve my issues efficiently, saving me money in the process. Great service overall!

Rick was absolutely fantastic and helpful in store. He explained about the trade in on my old mobiles which was not mentioned when I did the initial upgrade on the phone 13.02.25. I asked rick to cancel the upgrade I had arranged and did it with Rick saving me money. Thank you, excellent service from the Chorley store

Great service
I went in with my mum to her phone and the gent managed to sort my phone and broadband too so I could save some money and he even increased the speed of my broadband.
He was great at serving us both at the same time so we didn’t have to be there for a long time.
Amazing service.

Lovely approachable gentleman
Lovely approachable gentleman, helped me reduce my monthly payment for two mobile phones I have.
Also advised me on changing my router, as our Internet at home is horrendous, keeps dropping and we have to reload tv apps.
I inquired about Internet dongle and he helped me with that
