Tom was very helpful with explaining all the different options that were available to select from for a new contract and finding one that suited my needs. He was very friendly and we had a good chat whilst waiting for paperwork to be signed. He also helped me with transferring all the apps, photos etc over to the new phone.
Mason was also helpful when Tom was occupied.

I sent my mum into store to buy a…
I sent my mum into store to buy a preloaded pay as you go sim for our Grandmother who is visiting as I know you sell them. They were instead sent to poundland with no guidance to get it there and to get a voucher because it would be 'easier'. I know it is not and now we have had issues using the voucher etc. They simply could not be bothered to help because it is not a contract. It would have been a less than 5 minute job for them but now because of a lack of basic customer service it has become a several hour issue for us. Not impressed.

Super Tom at Chippenham store
I received a very friendly welcome from Tom when I entered Vodafone CHIPPENHAM store on Saturday 27th June. I had an enquiry about the Vodafone tariff that I have.
