Ethan and the other boys at Vodafone…

Ethan and the other boys at Vodafone were incredibly helpful in upgrading a phone and adapting the broadband; they’ve worked so well together and were more than happy to help with anything we needed

Superb service

We visited the Cannock store regarding switching to Full fibre broadband. The switch was surprisingly effortless and we more than halved our existing bill and gained twice the speed. We were served by Coree who was pleasant and polite, knowledgeable and engaging. Everything was explained fully and he is fantastic ambassador for the brand and an asset to the company. He was assisted by a new recruit Hollie and she was also pleasant, polite and engaging. It was much appreciated that there was no hard sell just good old fashioned service and we left very satisfied and delighted with the outcome.
