To be honest I don’t normally like…
To be honest I don’t normally like phone shops! However my son and I were approached by Denisa in the Cambridge store and she was welcoming and friendly. She informed me that all 5 of my contacts were ‘out of contract’ but even though it was late on a Sunday she still took the time to renew all the contacts and sell me a new phone. The whole process was smooth and professional, Very happy with the experience.

Jared in the Cambridge shop was extremely helpful. It took a good while for my contract to get sorted but he was friendly, funny and kept me updated all through the process. Made the experience an excellent one.

Abin is a technical genius
Abin is a technical genius. He is also the most abled, the most supportive, the most helpful, and most efficient support staff member of Vodafone or any other service providers that I have met in the last 25 years.
