After issues online
After issues online, i came into the store and met the store manager Jan. she then spent the next hour and a half navigating broadband and actually swapping my phone plan over also!
She was so so helpful and saved me a lot of tears, making sure to get me my best deal and what serves me best. I genuinely do not know what I would have done (apart from cry) if Jan hadn’t saved me today. She also stated that if i ever need anymore help at all, that i am free to come into the store and ask her directly.
This is the best customer service i have ever received in my life and i am now proudly a vodaphone customer for my broadband as well as my phone provider. Thank you!

I would give Vodafone **zero stars** if…
I would give Vodafone **zero stars** if I could.
What should have been one of the simplest customer journeys imaginable turned into the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I ordered a new iPhone and contract online and collected it from the Vodafone Camberley store on Saturday. The member of staff who served me clearly wasn't confident with the activation process, but assured me my eSIM would be activated within 24 hours. It never was.
On Sunday I called Vodafone and was promised it would be activated by Monday. Monday came and went. Nothing.
By Tuesday, after four separate phone calls, my phone still wasn't working. The most hilarious part was that Vodafone kept trying to contact me on the brand new number that they hadn't actually activated.
I called again on Wednesday. Then again on Thursday. Every conversation resulted in another apology, another promise, and absolutely no progress. No one seemed able to identify the problem, let alone fix it.
After nearly a week without the service I'm paying for, I'm finally giving up. I'm returning the handset, cancelling the contract, and moving to EE instead.
I've never experienced such an inept and frustrating customer experience. If this is Vodafone's standard of service for a new customer, I dread to think how existing customers are treated.
Avoid if you value your time.
