Vodafone Caerphilly customer service is…
Vodafone Caerphilly customer service is non existent. Contract phone that is faulty and needs repaired. Still under warranty. Had to buy another phone, as don't supply temp one, to then return to shop to be told they cannot arrange a repair as they have no log in details, to been told I could travel 10 miles to another shop. Now spent 45 minutes on phone to arrange pick up of faulty phone. Not impressed.
