Kelly was extremely helpful in the process of both trading in my old phone and setting up my new phone/contract.
She was very helpful and explained everything in an understanding way.

Very helpful and patient service
Kelly was incredibly helpful. She was friendly, professional and very patient with me when my lack of technical knowledge let me down! She helped me successfully upgrade my phone and plan and she advised me on the best way to upgrade my daughter’s plan and link it to mine. Chrissy was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Came in store as done an order online which was showing a different number Chrissy checked the account and could see I'd ordered a new contract so she cancelled this for me and did an upgrade to the correct plan I needed with keeping same number great service by her
